Could this be you?

This position will play a critical role in the delivery of web marketing operations initiatives, that will drive the effectiveness of our website marketing and conversion on public facing websites for both our patients (Village Medical) and providers (VillageMD). The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong combination of strategic, organizational, and hands-on delivery skills. Possesses the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role acts as the Website Operations Manager on the Marketing Operations team.


What you might do in your first year:

  • Prioritization, planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website.
  • Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
  • Collaborate with security to monitor for and react to website security breaches.
  • Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling and strictly adhering to the appropriate security measures.
  • Creating and updating HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Creating appropriate website content aligned with the marketing strategy.
  • Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular testing.
  • Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
  • Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

What you bring to VillageMD:

  • A degree in computer science, IT, web development or related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of work experience as a website manager or related role.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, JavaScript, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • Great understanding of Accessibility, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67,000.00 to $84,000.00. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
