Manufacturing & Operations Consulting Analyst

"Responsibilities:
Strategic Solution Design & Implementation: Actively engage with cross-functional teams and internal consulting specialists to deeply analyze specific client requests and business pain points. You will be responsible for co-creating tailored, high-impact consulting proposals that align perfectly with the client's strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will drive the end-to-end execution of these approved solutions, ensuring that every phase—from initial design to practical deployment—is delivered with precision, operational excellence, and measurable value.
Knowledge Asset Management: Take ownership of organizing, curating, and maintaining critical work assets. This includes systematically structuring project deliverables, best practice documentation, and technical resources to ensure knowledge retention and easy accessibility for future initiatives.
 

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligent Manufacturing is required. A degree or strong academic background in Data Science is highly preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in management consulting, manufacturing operations, or data analytics is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment."
