MedeAnalytics is looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to perform and organize market research on industry trends, competitor activity and marketing content, and important analyst reporting. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, and is responsible for gathering, organizing, documenting, analyzing, and disseminating market and competitive intelligence for consumption by a wide, cross-departmental audience of stakeholders. The information and data gathered by the Market Intelligence Analyst will inform strategic product decisions, thought leadership content, lead generation initiatives, and sales enablement. This role will also assist in the management of strong, productive relationships with healthcare industry analysts. Fluency with Digital and Account Based Marketing (ABM) is desirable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:                       

  • Perform research on healthcare and healthcare analytics industry trends across Providers and Payers and provide regular updates
  • Perform research on MedeAnalytics competitors and customers, document research and data, organize, and make available to internal stakeholders
  • Provide analyses, insights, recommendations and battlecards based on gathered research and intelligence
  • Monitor, optimize and maintain MedeAnalytics’ market intelligence platform
  • Present key market research and analysis to senior-level executives, as appropriate or upon request
  • Proactively manage relationships with healthcare industry analysts, facilitate meetings between MedeAnalytics leadership and analysts, facilitate analyst briefings and make recommendations as to potential partnership opportunities
  • Support Digital Marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and execution

Required:

  • 5+ years professional, Competitive Intelligence experience, ideally at an analyst firm like Gartner, Forrester, KLAS Research, IDC or Frost and Sullivan, or at an enterprise software vendor
  • 3+ years in Market Intelligence/ Research/ Analysis role focused on Healthcare Payers and Providers 
  • Prior experience with competitive intelligence platforms; Crayon preferred. 
  • Healthcare/ Healthcare IT industry experience and deep knowledge of Payer and Provider organizations required, especially in the finance and revenue cycle management arena
  • Strong, demonstrated research and analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of client and internal associates 
  • Strong organization, project management, relationship management and documentation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Digital and Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience a plus  
  • Ability to work with senior-level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA or Graduate degree preferred 

Special Requirements

  • Travel required: approximately 10%
