Summary:

Quadient is looking for a highly motivated, creative thinker who has hands-on experience using email automation platforms (preferably Eloqua) to join our North American demand generation team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and measuring email campaigns that support Quadient's digital sales programs for our Mail Related Solutions (MRS) in North America. The person will help segment customer database, create email journeys, optimize campaign performance, implement A/B testing scenarios, and report on campaign performance.

Summary:

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and measuring email campaigns that support Quadient's digital sales programs for our Mail Related Solutions (MRS) in North America. The person will help segment customer database, create email journeys, optimize campaign performance, implement A/B testing scenarios, and report on campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning, design, and execution of digital sales programs (churn, acquisition, lead generation).
  • Hands-on development and execution of journey-based marketing campaigns including segmentation, list management, campaign flow, email creation, testing, and tracking.
  • Build scalable processes that adhere to best practices in marketing automation and lead generation while ensuring compliance with all relevant domestic and international legislation (e.g., GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).
  • Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of email sends.
  • Contribute to the management and ongoing refinement of prospect and client databases.
  • Cross functional collaboration with multiple teams to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and without impact to other programs.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations to develop processes for intelligent chatbot implementation.
  • Proactively identify automation opportunities and deliver robust chatbot functionalities that streamline and enhance the customer experience.
  • Share and adapt best practices within the global demand generation team.


Your attributes:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eloqua certification preferred (Campaign Execution Master or Marketing Operations Master)
  • Hands on experience with other marketing tech/applications is an asset (i.e. Marketo, Pardot, SalesLoft, InsideSales.com, Salesforce.com, Drift. etc.)
  • An aptitude to learn new technology quickly.
  • A solid understanding of database management and digital marketing best practices.
  • Detail-oriented and an excellent problem-solver. Can multi-task and juggle overlapping priorities.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to identify problems and find creative solutions independently.


Your Experience:
  • A relevant bachelor's degree, college diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
  • 3-5 years experience building large-scale email journeys, inclusive of strategy, execution, and reporting.
