Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for influencing and executing internal and external marketing communications strategies that support the company's overall business goals. This includes but is not limited to developing and managing communication content and channels such as email and the intranet, creating and distributing internal communications materials, creating and distributing executive messages, planning and executing internal and external marketing communications events and will serve as the brand management lead. Roles & Responsibilities

This position will:

  • Develop and execute internal communications plans that align with the company's overall business goals
  • Agency management as needed
  • Launch and manage the company's intranet and other internal communications channels
  • Create and distribute internal communications materials, such as key messages, memos, company-wide (global) meetings, and presentations
  • Plan and execute external marketing communications events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, globally
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications efforts
  • Aid in the development of marketing content (Videos, PPT etc.)
  • Ad Hoc tactical support for the marketing communications function. (Public Relations, submit speakerships, sponsorships, graphics etc.)
  • Lead weekly marcom team meetings

Common Communications Support Responsibilities

  • Writing and editing communications materials, such as press releases, blog posts, and social media content
  • Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Developing and executing communications plans for special projects
  • Coordinating with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of communications efforts
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communications campaigns
  • Brand management

Overall Department Support

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing communications department, such as managing project calendars, tracking budgets, and coordinating with vendors
  • Assist with other projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

  • Typically requires 2 years of experience in internal or external marketing communications (Internships may be included in the years of experience), depending on education level and experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent at independent problem solving and solutions oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and all social media platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask as needed
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (~10%)
  • Positive and success-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Marketing, Corporate Communications or a related role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Interest in working in a global semiconductor organization
  • Prior experience and knowledge of B2B public relations and media relations
  • Prior experience coordinating tradeshows and corporate events
  • Knowledge and experience proofreading and editing documents
  • Experience with SharePoint

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business, or a related field

$65,147.99 - $91,213.44 per year
