Content Creator & Graphic Designer

The Role:

The Content Creator and Graphic Designer has a passion for social media, pop culture, creating content, and coming up with creative ideas. As an email marketer and avid user of LinkedIn this associate understands what goes into making compelling and engaging content through visual and copy storytelling. They are knowledgeable in the latest email marketing and social media trends.  They enjoy creating and experimenting in unique and unexpected ways. Here are some the responsibilities:

  • Create highly engaging content (graphic, video, email, and copy) to support our social media and Digital Sales program to create leads and grow our audiences on LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Be the presence of our LinkedIn to grow followers and create awareness/engagement with our brand.  
  • Contribute to creative strategy by brainstorming with our Digital Sales team to create content ideas that infuse trends and pop culture cultivating in leads and increased engagement.
  • Partner alongside stakeholders to ensure content represents our brand identity and delivers objectives. 
  • Community manages our LinkedIn, YouTube, and other Social Media accounts: write captions, publish posts, and respond and engage in real-time to posts, questions, comments in our brand voice. 
  • Keep up with the latest email & social media trends.
  • Present concepts, creative deliverables, and learnings/insights in stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a related field producing graphic, copy, and video content
  • Multimedia content creation and editing with the ability to capture and edit videos, photos, and transform existing video into social-first content.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite products (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other creative editing software 
  • Significant experience as a LinkedIn user or creator 
  • Live and breathe “social media culture” - knowledgeable and up to date in different social trends, pop culture, and best practices. 
  • Strong passion for design and drive to understand topics relevant to technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment while staying organized, proactive, and adaptable. 
  • Tech-savvy, team player with strong communication skills - ability to connect and collaborate in person and remotely. 
  • Confident pitching content ideas to stakeholders with an emphasis on engagement and innovation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft productivity tools
