Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible forย building, executing, and maintaining marketing strategies for our clients and our brand. This position will get to work across multiple industries and mediums to help garner meaningful traffic to our product. The Marketing Coordinator will be an exemplary proofer, problem solver, and original thinker, as well as navigate a high-growth, high demand environment.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Create corporate email and drip campaigns
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical staff for supporting client marketing deliverables
- Design, create and edit corporate videos
- Conduct marketing research, forecast, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends
- Establish a baseline set of analytics to track and measure marketing effectiveness, producing a monthly report.
- Support in tracking of marketing costs against budgets
- Supports in marketing and advertising digital campaigns
- Manage social media efforts; creating and posting on various platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, etc.)ย
- Act as a liaison to our vendors and partners โ managing all interactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, communications or related field, preferred
- Experience with B2B social campaigns, Sprout, Asana
- Experience with creating and executing B2B email campaigns and nurture funnels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of technology buying behaviors and industry trends.
- Experience with Adobe Design Suite and Hubspot, in addition to HTML, preferred

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
