DMi is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Analytics Team. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our email marketing account managers in their daily and weekly client reporting processes. We are seeking an organized individual who can proactively identify and prepare key performance insights for account managers. Account managers will need to be able to use your reports to optimize email marketing campaigns for our clients.Â
The Marketing Data Analyst will report to the VP of Analytics and Marketing Intelligence and work closely with the Director of Accounts and our Director of Operations to understand how client reporting fuels campaign success for our email marketing clients. In this role, you will collaborate on improving reporting processes to enhance efficiency, clarity, and even privacy best practices.Â
WHAT YOU’LL DO:Â
Collaborate: You will work closely with DMi’s Email Marketing account managers and the VP of Analytics & Marketing Intelligence to understand current and future campaign reporting needs. Using an understanding of the account managers’ and clients’ needs and objectives, you will compile reports to help provide insights for improvement and success.
Organization and Auditing:  In your role, you will work with the email marketing team to restructure our current campaign data analysis process to support increased automation of file maintenance efficiency. You will be responsible for regular campaign analysis and optimizations for all assigned accountsÂ
Analyze and Deliver: You will be responsible for providing analysis on multiple client reporting requests daily and held accountable for deadlines for project completion. Hence, the analysis is ready for Account managers to present during client calls. In this role, you will use Excel extensively in addition to Looker. Your email engagement performance reports will include but will not be limited to open rates, click rates, and retention rates.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORÂ
- You have 1+ years of marketing analysis experience. Â
- You’re skilled in MS Office Suite, especially skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs experienced required).Â
- You are a stickler for details and are skilled in producing deliverables free of error. Â
- You have experience creating detailed process documentation for reports that you build and maintain.Â
- You have experience utilizing SQL, Excel, Looker, and ETL tools to manage and transform data sets and create robust and effective visualizations.Â
Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000Â
