WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Marketing Director, Women's, Nike.com & Nike App to join our Asia Pacific | Latin America (APLA) organization. This position will play a leadership role in developing digital marketing strategies that deepen relationships with Nike members and deliver growth for the brand and business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record developing and carrying out consumer-centric, multi-channel marketing plans, and have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It's crucial that this individual be proactive, curious, data-savvy, and actively looking for ways we can optimize consumer journeys. This individual should have experience working on best in class direct to consumer experiences, driving acquisition, engagement and retention.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Lead Digital Marketing for the Women's construct, acting as subject matter expert of the Nike.com and Nike App platforms, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to improve the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive member engagement and retention.
- Mentor, lead, and develop team members, catalyzing digital strategic development.
- Develop annual, seasonal, 365, and pilot strategies to lead consumer and member growth across Nike.com and Nike App.
- Deliver centralized, seasonal, 13-week programming guidance.
- Partner with Geo Consumer Brand Management to ensure brand architecture project plans reflect progressive, effective digital strategy.
- Partner with Geo NDDC to ensure the team's work reflects marketplace priorities and delivers on member growth KPIs.
- Deliver seasonal and 365 creative and production briefs to inform development and delivery of channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs.
- Guide, influence, and support territory Digital teams to achieve more independent, efficient executional excellence.
- Deliver consistent marketing performance analytics, promoting a test-and-learn, iterative marketing culture.
- Help operationalize channel expansion & new capabilities.
- Manage day-to-day working relationships with agency partners.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a member of the APLA Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) team, you will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. You'll partner closely with territory, geo, and global teams, along with external agency partners, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams will be imperative to your success. You will collaborate daily with partners on the APLA Consumer Direct Marketing (Digital, Stores, Partner, Member, SNKRS/NBHD), Brand Management, Member Growth, Integrated Media, and Creative studios.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor/Mater's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- 2+ years work experience in direct to consumer marketing.
- Experience driving targeted communications programs in email and push notifications.
- Passion for sport-whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, user experience, and digital platforms.
- Experience working with marketing analytics, deriving useful insights and applying findings.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills to influence functional teams and cross-functional projects
- Ability to lead a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration.
- Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent organizational and project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to marketing leadership.
- Problem solver with ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, share ideas, develop effective responses, or elevate to higher management.
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
