The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, data-driven B2B marketer to help drive awareness and demand for Lark’s health solutions. You must be able to juggle multiple projects while staying organized, thrive in a constantly evolving environment, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
 
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting and executing ongoing demand generation and marketing activities.  Working cross-functionally with the product and consumer marketing teams will be critical to success in the role.  

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Enterprise Marketing Manager to create thoughtful, creative marketing campaigns targeting health plan and employer leaders
  • Research effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to reach our target audience
  • Manage company-hosted webinars and other events
  • Execute marketing plans and activities focused on engaging health plan executives through various marketing channels and tactics
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing and strategy to identify and develop new assets to support marketing campaigns
  • Create compelling marketing email campaigns and content
  • Plan and execute key events, working alongside our public relations and sales enablement team
  • Support ongoing social media campaigns and activities for both the Lark channel and key stakeholder channels
  • Occasionally develop newsletter content surrounding Lark events, industry trends and news
  • Work collaboratively with the demand generation team to review results from previous campaigns and identify what worked/what didn’t to fuel ideas/recommendations for future campaigns
  • Support the demand generation teams ABM strategy and create compelling advertisements that will interest Lark’s key audiences

What You’ll Need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a proactive, self-starter attitude and mentality
  • Agile and works well in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Creativity is a must!
  • Experience in email marketing and planning / running event execution
  • Experience with social media platforms, best practices and managing client social accounts
  • Experience in website content creation is a bonus
  • Being familiar with the health plan and/or employer industries is a nice to have
  • 5+ years of B2B healthcare marketing and/or communication experience preferred
