They are adding a Marketing Manager to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a rebranding strategy that encapsulates the essence of our client's curated vacation homes, focusing on the luxury, quality, and consistency that sets them apart.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities that resonate with their commitment to premium vacation experiences.
- Utilize lead generation techniques to connect with potential customers, investors, and partners who appreciate the quality and luxury our client represents.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that showcase the unique appeal of the vacation homes.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to align with the brand's promise.
- Manage the promotional materials, use, and strategy behind them.
- Design and manage direct mail campaigns (as well as email campaigns) that reflect the elegance and attention to detail found in the properties.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that captures the essence of the company's luxury vacation experience.
- Create engaging content that evokes the emotions guests feel upon entering the homes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in rebranding, market expansion, and lead generation.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Adwords.
- Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry (e.g., property development, luxury hospitality, or high-end travel) is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Compensation
- $75,000-85,000 base salary
