Summary: As a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager at Onbe, you will be at the center of our marketing and demand generation efforts, ensuring that Onbe’s marketing team operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will strategically partner with our Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing teams. You will partner cross-functionally with our revenue, product, implementation, and engineering counterparts to gain the most value from our marketing tech stack.

You will work side-by-side with each marketing function, ensuring smooth information flows between marketing and our counterparts, enabling and operationalizing a 360 view of the customer and our campaign performance. Responsibilities

Growth Initiatives

  • Grow and optimize our customer acquisition and monetization efforts.
  • Connect tactics to results and advise future demand gen activities.
  • Build predictive behavioral models that drive growth.
  • Build upon existing business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring standard campaign design and management methodologies.
  • Evaluate the impact of our demand generation and integrated campaigns by measuring end-to-end marketing funnel performance, producing dashboards to supervise our critical metrics, and performing sophisticated analyses to optimize marketing performance for business operation, planning, and budgeting purposes.

Metrics Tracking and Dashboard

  • Build and manage critical marketing systems' infrastructure to optimize the marketing funnel and generate, operationalize, and report on marketing data. Create and build a process for multi-touch attribution between HubSpot and Dynamics CRM.
  • Supervise campaign performance and alert platform partners and relevant marketing leads regarding anomalies or performance issues.
  • Develop and improve internal reporting structure and cadence.
  • Maintain marketing BI health and compliance with regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Leverage multi-sourced data and marketing principles to create marketing dashboards and reports. Identify gaps in marketing data and proactively provide solutions to fill those gaps. Define and implement end-to-end programs for metrics creation, data collection, database development, reporting, and data modeling. Be the team's evangelist for metrics tracking and reporting.

TAM and TAL development

  • Analyze Onbe's market share, and identify TAM and TAL along with sales and products.
  • Proactively analyze and present new whitespace opportunities within the new expansion and existing verticals.
  • Analyze the database to validate ICP and Persona at each funnel stage actively.
  • Perform sophisticated advanced analyses and explain patterns and drivers of key marketing metrics.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with DevOps and Fin-Ops teams to advise marketing metrics for monthly operating reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to define problem statements, access and manage data, build analytical models, explain data-gathering requirements, deliver analytics insights, and make recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of marketing operations experience.
  • Exceptionally well organized with great attention to detail.
  • Willingness to figure out issues and work with rev-ops, product, and engineering teams on important fixes to improve tracking and reporting.
  • Technical fluency coupled with excellent communication skills - breaking down sophisticated concepts into something easy to understand and execute.
  • A genuine curiosity to understand how different platforms and processes work behind the scenes, enjoy problem-solving, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Analytically minded - strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. HubSpot reporting and dashboards, excel master, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI, and experience with ABM tools such as 6sense are preferred.
  • Experience with the systems, tooling, and processes that support marketing teams, including marketing automation, digital advertising, conversion measurement, ad attribution, personalization, data pipelines, and analytics.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases.
  • A basic understanding of SQL/HTML/CSS/JS is a plus (you don’t have to know how to code, but knowing how to read it is important).
  • Proficiency with marketing data flows, marketing analytics, and tech platforms, including:
  1. Vital: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Studio, AdWords, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics
  2. Nice to Have: Drift, 6Sense, Outreach, and GoToWebinar

This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe’s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
