Marketing Operations Coordinator

This is an outstanding opportunity to break into the field of digital marketing while contributing to an energy-focused enterprise software company. The Program Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and strengthening the foundation of EnergyHub’s program marketing apparatus; from creative asset production and landing page maintenance to dataset development and attribution implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and timely marketing campaign launches by coordinating between clients, partners, and internal teams
• Develop new landing pages in Contentful and HubSpot, and update/maintain our existing program marketing portfolio
• Create, improve, and implement new processes to increase program marketing operations efficiency
• Build and maintain a creative asset library to organize the marketing assets that enable EnergyHub to market Demand Response programs across dozens of client brands
• Monitor web performance metrics in Google Analytics and provide insights with client-facing teams
• Maintain and update client and partner marketing assets for distribution to internal and external teams
• Generate marketing reports for distribution to management
• Other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Experience

• 0-2 years of digital marketing experience and a BA/BS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A meticulous mind for the details - mistakes rarely get past you
• An affinity for Microsoft Excel and using it to work smarter, not harder
• Knowledge of basic HTML principles and Contentful, experience with HubSpot is a plus
• Knowledge of design tools - but you don’t need to be a designer
• A scrappy self-starter attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion
• A strong work ethic and a desire to grow your digital marketing skills

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
