Job Description
Celigo is seeking an analytical and intellectually curious Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage the operational and reporting structure supporting all of Celigo’s marketing campaigns. In this position, you will work closely with the Global GTM and Sales Ops to drive operational efficiency, maintain excellent database hygiene, and help scale our marketing programs. The Marketing Operations Analyst will be our primary Hubspot expert and work closely with program managers in the execution of their campaigns. They will also oversee reporting of marketing metrics and work to maintain and improve the entire lead generation lifecycle, from campaign setup to lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing marketing automation, technical systems, and reporting.
What would you do, if hired?
- Be the marketing team’s interface to work hand-in-hand with Celigo’s Global Go-to-Market and Sales Operations teams to drive and maintain the marketing tech stack.
- Serve as the primary HubSpot functional administrator; overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of marketing automation activities and processes.
- Ensure data integrity across leads, campaigns, and opportunities
- Establish, maintain, and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation & management
- Own the attribution, analysis, and reporting of key marketing metrics and KPIs
- Help define ROI and KPIs for the purpose of shaping and influencing the shape and direction that marketing campaigns will take.
- Work with ops team to manage the implementation, setup, and optimization of key marketing systems and processes
- Manages the maintenance of target segmentation, data cleanliness, and touch cadences
- Own email and campaign lists with a relentless focus on how to make them bigger, better, and more segmented
- Work with Program Managers to analyze program performance and marketing attribution, continually optimize for conversions
- Jump into multiple activities as a member of the marketing team and partner to help the entire team deliver on company and team goals
Who are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in marketing
- Highly proficient with HubSpot
- Highly technical and analytical
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Proficient in marketing automation (Rollworks a strong plus)
- Web analytics experience
- Highly organized, process-driven, and analytical, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering marketing dashboards within BI and other tools

Pay Scale Information
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $130,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
