This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager in the United States.
This role sits at the core of a high-growth SaaS marketing organization, where systems, data, and strategy converge to power scalable revenue operations. You will own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem that drives campaigns, lead management, and pipeline generation. Acting as a key connector between Marketing, Business Development, RevOps, and Analytics, you will ensure seamless data flow and operational excellence across the funnel. The position offers the opportunity to shape marketing infrastructure during a major modernization phase, including AI-enabled workflows and advanced attribution models. You will work in a highly collaborative, distributed environment with strong ownership and autonomy. This is a chance to directly influence how marketing systems are designed, integrated, and optimized for growth.
Accountabilities:
- Own and administer the core marketing automation platform, including lifecycle programs, scoring models, database structure, and system integrations
- Manage and optimize account-based marketing and lead routing systems, ensuring accurate Salesforce synchronization and efficient funnel progression
- Oversee integration architecture across multiple tools, including workflow automation platforms, event tracking systems, and campaign production tools
- Evaluate, implement, and onboard new marketing technologies as the stack evolves, including AI-enabled solutions
- Partner with marketing analytics and RevOps teams to ensure accurate reporting, data consistency, and meaningful performance insights
- Maintain data hygiene, including deduplication, lifecycle management, compliance logic, and system governance
- Translate complex system logic into clear documentation and enablement for cross-functional teams
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing operations efficiency, scalability, and automation
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, including complex or inherited system environments
- Strong Salesforce expertise with the ability to trace and troubleshoot data across workflows, integrations, and campaign execution
- Experience supporting B2B marketing and business development teams in a revenue-driven environment
- Deep understanding of lead routing, scoring models, integrations, and marketing data structures
- Practical experience or strong familiarity with AI-driven workflows and their application in marketing operations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and validate data integrity
- Ability to balance technical execution with strategic thinking in a fast-changing environment
- Nice to have: Marketo certification, ABM platform experience, enrichment tools, or integration tools such as Tray.io, Workato, or similar
- Competitive base salary range: $117,100 – $160,950 USD annually
