You will play a central role in optimizing marketing performance by building scalable systems, improving campaign execution, and ensuring accurate reporting across channels. Working closely with both marketing and sales teams, you’ll streamline processes, enhance lead management, and drive measurable impact across the funnel. Accountabilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows within marketing automation platforms
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring, routing, and funnel management processes to ensure seamless handoffs to sales teams
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Manage integrations between marketing tools and other business systems to enable efficient data flow and reporting
  • Implement tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Improve email deliverability and ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve output quality
  • Document processes and maintain operational visibility across projects and systems

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations within a scaling organization
    • Strong expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot at an advanced level
    • Proven ability to build and optimize campaign assets, workflows, and lead management systems
    • Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
    • Working knowledge of HTML and marketing technology integrations
    • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions to improve efficiency
    • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms such as data enrichment, orchestration, and workflow automation tools
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and data teams
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
