Purpose/Summary:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to further drive the evolution of our European Mobile Solutions Aftermarket (MSA) business into the digital age. Your mission: to drive impactful marketing campaigns and communications that not only align with our sales objectives but also push for innovation in both traditional and digital channels. Collaborating closely with sales and product management, you'll be at the forefront of translating our physical brand presence into a powerful digital advantage.
Education:
-
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience:
-
4-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content development, event management, and marketing communication.

Previous experience in a multinational or managing campaigns in multiple countries.
Specific Knowledge/Skills/Competences:

A detail-oriented and target-driven mindset, adept at transforming technical concepts into compelling commercial content.

Experience in marketing project management, driving projects from concept to execution and follow-up in timely manner.

You have an appetite for success that is resulting from your curiosity, creativity, and an analytical mindset.

You thrive on challenges, embracing innovation with an open-minded, can-do attitude.

Passionate about digital tools and tactics, including SEM, CRM, marketing automation, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in other European languages considered a plus.
Principal Accountabilities - Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Lead - Europe:
-
Be the go-to person for sales promotions and initiatives across the European region.
-
Manage the logistics of sales campaigns, including supporting tradeshows and seminars.
-
Curate and manage the promotional items offering, brand assets, ensuring consistency and freshness.
-
Keep control on marketing spend and material distribution.
Content Development & Enablement:
-
Craft engaging digital content using existing tools and resources.
-
Boost campaign effectiveness through effective content development.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
-
Contribute to global MSA campaigns, ensuring both traffic and ROI.
-
Provide support for eCommerce marketing initiatives.
-
Play a key role in expanding our digital footprint through the usage of marketing technologies (Marketo, Highspot, Hootsuite)
Content Analytics & Improvements:
-
Analyze campaign and content performance to drive continuous enhancements.

Track lead conversion rates and optimize visitor engagement.
Skills & Competences:
-
Proven track record in successfully driving digital marketing campaigns and content creation.

Proficiency in a range of digital tools, including Adobe CS, Google/Adobe Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Ability to translate technical jargon into compelling marketing messages and actions.
Business Understanding:

A keen understanding of European and International business landscapes.

A clear vision for marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and communication.
