Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing

• Contributor to marketing programs, focusing on complex problems. Recognized as an expert within area of the organization.
• Create marketing proposals with some guidance from senior manager.
• Manage and execute programs/initiatives, including online & offline marketing tactics. Work closely with any teams or vendors involved in marketing programs/initiatives/campaigns.
• Manage marketing program/initiative/campaign budget(s). Ensure marketing plan is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommend or redirect strategies as needed.
• Champion Arrow's value proposition and brand to customers.

What Are We Looking For?

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Background in Marketing and Business Development preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$81,100.00 - $100,760.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
