Medical Technologist

Position Summary: The job of a medical technologist involves independent performance and working under established procedures. Technologists perform a wide variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including collection, preparation, observation, and processing of bacteriologic, chemical, morphologic, and microscopic tests that provide data for use in treating and diagnosing diseases.  

Education & Experience: Associate of Science Degree with three (3) years of experience or Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.

Specific Requirements: American-recognized certification is required; ASCP Certification is preferred.
