Medicare Marketing Compliance Manager

Position Summary
We are excited to hire a Medicare Marketing Compliance Manager, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, who is responsible for reviewing marketing and communication materials relating to Medicare and Medicare Supplement Insurance. This individual is responsible for communicating any required updates and approval statuses, ensuring all materials are compliant and adhere to state, federal and Company requirements prior to use.
Qualifications
•You're a professional with a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in a compliance-related role
•You have previous Medicare compliance experience with working knowledge of CMS requirements, including FDR and Medicare Marketing Guidelines is a plus
•You have CMS and state regulatory reporting experienceÂ
•You have experience running projects involving multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional fast-paced and creative environment
•You hold a strong record of success in whatever you have done
•You are energetic, proactive and tenacious
•You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
•You accept constructive feedback and seek continuous improvement
•You are willing to lend a hand and celebrate the success of your teammates
•You are deadline and detail-oriented
•You can function both independently and as part of a team
•You have the ability to travel on a limited basisÂ
•Computer skills: familiarity with Apple and Google Suite a plus
•If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps uploadÂ
Responsibilities
•You will act as the subject matter expert for the CMS marketing/communication submission process and state filing processes from inception to completion
•You will understand all Medicare Marketing Guidelines, state filing regulations and Company Legal requirements
•You will be responsible for reviewing and submitting all filings (including but not limited to flyers, websites, call scripts, etc.) for approval by carrier clients and CMSÂ
•You will ensure materials are submitted to, and approved by, health plans and CMS prior to in-market use
•You will be responsible for the submission of materials to CMS via HPMSÂ
•You will work closely with our Direct to Consumer Agency team and internal stakeholders to prioritize CMS submissions and ensure timelines are met and materials are approved on timeÂ
•You will communicate required changes and status updates to internal stakeholdersÂ
•You will oversee and manage the Compliance HotlineÂ
•You will gather data and information related to subpoenas and communicate required changes and status updates to internal stakeholders
