Guild Education is hiring Bilingual Member Resolution Specialists (I) who are fluent in both written and verbal English and Spanish to support our Member Support teams. In particular, we are looking for individuals who have attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to be flexible in a constantly evolving environment. The ability to communicate and effectively work cross-functionally with the team and leadership is also critical to being successful!
Please Note: This is a full-time and remote position. 5-day workweek which may include weekends, typical 8hrs per day / 40hrs per week role with eligibility for overtime. Shifts for this role are scheduled between 7 am - 7 pm MT every day of the week and vary based on need.Â
As a part of the Member Resolution team, you will:Â
- Connect with learners through phone, ticket, and chat support on more nuanced and individual issues
- Succinctly summarize learner issues to cross-functional partners for support as needed
- Diagnose, prioritize, and advance unique learner issues for continued support in a timely manner
- Utilize deescalation tactics to alleviate learner concerns while continuing to meet business needs
- Adhere to and implement all existing team processes, best practices and measurements of success
- Fluently utilize multiple tools to resolve requests, including: Salesforce, Looker, Zendesk and Guru
You are a strong fit for these roles if you have:
Required Competencies
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and Spanish communication
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to varying audiences
- 3+ years experience in an operations or customer service role
- Ability to develop productive, positive relationships and communicate effectively company-wide
- Ability to deescalate learner concerns
- Positive demeanor while navigating a changing and often ambiguous environment
- Ability to meet internal and external deadlines, including partner specific Service Level Agreements
Preferred Competencies
- Ability to incorporate understanding of team data to drive decision making
- Familiarity with using multiple CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)Â
- Familiarity with using synchronous communication tools (Five9, Service Cloud Voice, Zendesk Chat, etc)
- Previous experience in escalation queuesÂ
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including an hourly rate of $29.00 - $31.50 ($60,320 - $65,520) as well as company stock options. Bilingual Member Resolution Specialists are awarded an additional $2,000 to their salary for as long as they are in a Bilingual role. Â
This is considered a “Covered Role” under the Department of Education’s Ban on Incentive Compensation. Your compensation will not be established or changed, directly or indirectly, based on your success in enrolling students or the management of those activities by those who report to you.

Guild requires COVID-19 vaccines for all employees and guests attending Guild events or entering Guild offices.
