The Role: Mental Health Clinical SupervisorÂ
Location: Remote, California
About This Role:
We are looking for empathetic, compassionate, and pediatric-focused professionals to join our growing Mental Health Team.
As a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of experienced therapists providing world-class mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will manage relationships with school and district personnel and ensure we are continuously improving our offerings and exceeding our partner’s expectations. This Supervisor will have a 1/2 caseload of clients.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise & manage teams of mental health clinicians delivering therapy & crisis services
- Act as the primary liaison for school-level relationships for mental health services
- Support the Clinical Director in district-level relationships for mental health services
- Deliver clinician training and inform learning & development opportunities
- Monitor and oversee clinical quality outcomes Â
- Actively build a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Assist in the clinician recruitment process  Â
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate therapists
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and Care Management Director to identify and support transition services
- Provide virtual consultation for children in grades K-12 (1/2 case load)Â
- As needed, provide virtual consultation crisis intervention services for children in grades K-12Â
Your Background:

- Passion for our mission
- Masters’ Degree in social work or counseling
- Licensure to provide clinical services in CAÂ required (additional licenses in CA, CO, NV, MO, or FL desirable)
- Must be approved as a state qualified supervisor in the state of CA
- Minimum of 5 years experience in pediatric mental/behavioral health
- Minimum of 5 years with an unrestricted clinical license
- Minimum of 3 years experience supervising therapistsÂ
- Experience working in a school-based setting
- Experience building and managing relationships with school administrators
- Self-motivated and eager to create a positive difference in the lives of students
- Experience providing therapy through telehealth preferredÂ
- Experience in clinical supervision preferred
- Technological skills to include the ability to learn new software and programs and complete digital paperworkÂ
- Effective communicator through multiple channels (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish fluency highly desired)Â
