The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and effective Mid-Market sales professional capable of driving growth in both net new and expansion revenue. A strong sense of taking initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Be a key player in influencing how the company achieves it’s revenue goals by building comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Execute the full sales cycle motion with Mid-Market businesses including hunting qualifying educating pricing and contract negotiating and closing deals
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and drive product feedback to pinpoint cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all levels of client interaction from initial contact to after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities by staying updated on industry news conducting market research and networking with industry professionals
  • Be the face and voice of Superorder at industry trade shows and conferences

About You

  • 2+ years of experience working in a high volume inside or outside sales environment selling to Mid-Market sized businesses
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
  • Ability to navigate sales and internal tools quickly (CRM Sales Tech Stack Google Apps)
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (ie operations engineering product and success) to build solutions
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and identify areas of improvement
  • Monthly travel to trade shows and conferences is required
  • You’re an a pro at sales execution and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
