We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tester Pleno to join our React and Node.js tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers to identify issues, develop test plans, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development lifecycle.

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web applications built on React and Node.js.

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.

Collaborate with developers to understand application features and design effective testing strategies.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.

Participate in code reviews and provide insights on testability and quality.

Contribute to the development of automated test scripts using testing frameworks.

Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Familiarized with SCRUM methodology.

Proven experience as a Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer in a web development environment.

Familiarity with React and Node.js applications.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA).

Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases and defect reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile teams.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
