Middle Game Designer

We are looking for game designer to be part of our GameDev team. Together we will achieve new goals and victories - let's talk, we are on the same path

Requirements

— At least 2+ years of game design or related experience;
— Knowledge about slot games and the casino industry, including the current market status;
— Portfolio of released online slot games;
— B2+ level of English language;
— Strong communication skills.

— Writing specs. Rewriting specs. Ability to produce a complete design document ready for art and coding;
— Provide creative solutions to game design problems;
— Ensure quality is kept high throughout the game development pipeline;
— Work with Producers, Developers, Mathematicians, Sounds and Artists in creating games or new features;
— Analyze market trends.

— A healthy passion for games with a good understanding of the player psychology that drives that dedication;
— Experience with math balancing;
— Ability to work effectively with multiple teams, both inside and outside the organization.
