Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$91,100.00 - $150,300.00

What Is the Opportunity?
The Manager, Middle Market Initiatives role is a member of the Middle Market Strategy Team will report to the Middle Market Strategy Lead. The role will work in concert with Middle Market, National Property and BI Field senior business leaders for the management of small to medium sized projects that support achievement of Middle Market's business outcomes.What Will You Do?
- Coordinate senior meetings to ensure important Middle Market wide topics are addressed efficiently and effectively
- Manage deliverables for upcoming events that need planning - town halls, leadership calls, outside speaking engagements, etc.
- Maintain list of outstanding deliverables for next 30 to 60 days; ensure that open items are tracked and addressed
- Works closely with BI Communications staff to outline communication opportunities
- Assists with the development and execution of the overall Middle Market vision and long-term strategy with a focus on creating value
- Manage and drive achievement of key cross-MM, National Property and BI Field project objectives
- Engage with Middle Market Business Unit Leaders and BI Field Leaders on new endeavors to help launch them in a manner which supports Middle Market work
- Support the strategic planning processes by working directly with the Middle Market Business Unit Leaders, VP, Business Process Effectiveness and other key Middle Market functional partners
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience preferred.
- Experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.
What is a Must Have?
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of project management experience required.
