About the Role

As a Product Manager of Mobile Apps you’ll be responsible for how our customers access help from our iOS and Android apps. You’ll develop delightful experiences for individuals and small businesses using our platform. If you succeed, you’ll have a direct impact providing access to justice for thousands more people everyday.

A day in the life

• Drive Product strategy and execution to drive our Mobile App strategy
• Deeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative and qualitative research
• Passionately represent the voice of the customer as you build product in line with our product vision
• Define and analyze metrics to determine business impact
• Prioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgment
• Develop and deliver a Mobile App Roadmap
• Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products for our customers
• Collaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content to bring product experiments to market
• Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment

About you

• 4-7 years of software Product Development experience ideally developing iOS and Android apps inside of a growth stage company
• Passionate about our mission
