Dropbox Mobile team is growing, and we’re looking for engineering managers to support this growth. In this role, you'll lead a team of 5 - 8 mobile engineers, working closely with your direct reports, product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to build the future of Dropbox. Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for growing and developing an incredible team of hardworking and motivated mobile engineers with high expectations around individual ownership and impact
- You will develop a healthy and collaborative culture that embodies Dropbox's values.
- You will ensure your team delivers extraordinary output, and continuously seeks ways to make an outsized impact
- You will set direction for the team, anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning
- You will help craft technical and product strategy
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience and at least 1 year of experience managing iOS and/or Android native mobile engineering team
- Experience as a mobile software developer is highly preferred
- Experience driving revenue through app store subscriptions for a mobile app is highly preferred

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Current Salary/OTE Ranges (Subject to change):
C$165,800 - C$195,000 - C$224,300
