This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving national sales growth through a combination of strategic account management and aggressive new business development. The National Sales Director will take ownership of revenue generation, building and expanding a strong pipeline across multiple industries. Operating in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment, this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex deals. You will engage with senior stakeholders, deliver compelling value propositions, and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets. Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying, targeting, and securing high-value clients across various verticals.
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business while continuously expanding the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Lead complex negotiations with enterprise-level stakeholders and successfully close deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales technologies to track performance, manage opportunities, and forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through disciplined execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in national or enterprise sales roles, preferably within security services, managed services, or similar industries.
    • Strong track record of generating new business and consistently achieving high revenue targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to sell through a consultative sales process and close complex deals.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with large organizations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and work flexible hours when required.
