Navy ERP User Management Consultant #24235

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will support the Bureau of Navy Personnel (BUPERS) User Management/Customer Liaison Team with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) post migration sustainment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Customer Liaison/User Management - Navy ERP account provisioning, User roles and role management, and Navy ERP training. Additionally, the candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables, as well as timely coordination and professional communication with the client on a daily basis. Experience in Access Enforcer and/or Success Factors ERP modules strongly preferred.

• Issue Resolution and Help Desk Metrics
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for QCI releases with functional teams
• Training
  • Training material management
• Training scheduling and coordination

Experience Requirements:

Mandatory:

3+ years of experience with data cleansing, legacy system modernization, and enterprise application implementation support

1+ years of Navy ERP experience

3+ years of experience with successful management of project tasks and coordination of activities in projects of similar size and scope

Experience in Access Enforcer and/or Success Factors ERP modules 

Preferred:

Experience from at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation preferred.

Education Requirements: Four (4) year degree from an accredited institution.
