In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients the around world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a .NET API Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Business Requirement Analysis: Analyze and understand business needs to translate them into technical requirements.
• Technical Specification Redaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to draft clear and precise technical specifications.
• Feature Development: Contribute to the development of new business features to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• API Framework Enhancements: Continuously improve the API framework by implementing innovative solutions and best practices.
• API Support: Provide technical support for APIs, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues efficiently

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong experience in .NET framework and C# programming.
• Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with API security standards such as OAuth2 and JWT.
• Mandatory banking experience
• Fluent in English and Frenchis a must (written & spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
