Team Leader Java Full Stack (f/m/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Manage an onshore and offshore delivery team for production and projects on a Java stack relying on Angular, Drools and webservices for business line applications and middleware integration components.
• Monitoring and support for Java Full Stack Development (local and offshore) in his own team and others
• Production support and monitoring
• Manage team activities including stakeholders management with prioritization and planning.
• Deliver assigned projects on time, quality, cost, motivation and according to UBP's standard
• Upskill low performers
• Ensure 3rd and 2nd level support of applications assigned to the area of responsibility
• Delivery of requested projects
• Define, design and deliver Java Full Stack defined roadmap, capacity, criticity and benefits for the Bank
• Perform automatic and manual review of platform on regular basis to assess compliance level and provide feedback and/or recommendation
• Active participation in project committees
• Foster stability and make the platform future proof.
• Coaching & Mentoring : Support developers with proper training and follow-up

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A successful candidate must be able to code, coach actively, efficiently track the delivery on a daily basis.

• Certified TOGAF Java architect having minimum 13+yrs of exp with below skill set
