Role overview
The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the ERP system (NetSuite) as well as other integrated systems, primarily Concur and Coupa. You will help in the implementation of Netsuite, find new ways to automate current workflows, and ensure compliance of proper internal controls from a SOX perspective. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and experience managing an efficient multi-subsidiary NetSuite system. The role will work closely with Finance and Accounting leaders in an effort to continually enhance and improve accounting workflows.
A day in the life...
- Maintain the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users
- Develop, implement, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
- Maintain configurations/customizations and troubleshoot daily system errors and drive resolution
- Responsible for the change management and release process of any new NetSuite functionality
- Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards, and maintain proper system access for user roles
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, management and sales team) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate requirements into operational solutions
- Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users, including training
- Monitor end-user usage of systems and track performance
- Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity
- Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
- Provide a quality and timely communication regarding system status
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in accounting, information technology, or computer science concentration
- 3 to 7 years of NetSuite experience either as a power user, administrator, or developer
- 3+ years of direct experience as a NetSuite Administrator Preferred
- Understanding of common industry standard business practices in Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Project Management
- Strong experience with generating reports, data analytics, and a fundamental understanding of financial reporting requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required; SQL database and reporting/query tool experience a plus
- Experience with Workday (used for Payroll) is a plus
- Experience with Coupa and Concur is a plus
- Exposure to ASC 606 Revenue Recognition is a plus
- Deadline-oriented, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate and problem solve in a fast-paced setting

Salary Range: $102,000-$112,000 annually
