NetSuite Consultant (Managed Services)

Our client is looking to bring on a NetSuite Consultant who will be an integral part of our client facing Support team with a focus on configuration, validating solutions, testing customizations, and delivering top notch customer support. The goal of every position is to ensure successful client implementation and/or optimization projects.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Focus on post-implementation support, designing, implementing, and deploying NetSuite solutions that meet client needs.
 Serve as Client Lead on assigned Support Accounts with minimal supervision to: Set expectations, give guidance and direction, and steer clients toward best practices.
 Participate and lead Assessments.
 Prepare Technical Design Documents as well as Business Requirement Documents.
 Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
 Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to team.
 Monitor client ticket requests and redistribute as necessary based on bandwidth and
expertise.
 Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
 4+ Years of NetSuite Consulting or as a power user.
 Finance or Accounting degree and background in corporate accounting
 Previous experience conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with end users to determine configuration requirements.
 Strong understanding of Accounting and NetSuite Financials including but not limited to:
 CORE ERP with Advanced Financials
 MUST HAVE Advanced Financials / Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) / Multi-Book Accounting / Intercompany Framework
 Experience with SuiteSuccess industry verticals for implementation
 Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite functionality.
 Experience working with JIRA and NetSuite case management
 Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
 US Citizenship required
