About the job:

As our Network and Vendor Operations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of tools and operational workflows that allow our operating companies and the organization to assess the quality and fitness of vendors for their specific needs. The ideal candidate is organized, a structured thinker, and a strong communicator.  

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining workflows that our internal teams and portfolio companies utilize to leverage our external partners in a clear and efficient manner. You will work closely with cross functional teams to gather feedback and insights on various external partners. Additionally, you’ll help to negotiate partnerships with vendors and be responsible for vetting tools, platforms, and agencies used to help launch and scale our portfolio companies.

You will report to the Senior Lead of Network and Vendor Operations, but will partner closely with internal SMEs across Talent, Legal, Marketing, Enterprise Growth, and Engineering. 

What you will do:
  • Support the development of infrastructure, documentation, and process for how Redesign and our operating companies assess and partner with our external network of contractors, agencies, vendors etc.
  • Responsible for managing the intake process for new vendors, contractors, and agencies as they join Redesign’s partnership program including partnering with internal SMEs to ensure contractors and advisors are appropriately vetted, and maintaining a database of external network information
  • Help to build partnership strategy and negotiate partnerships with vendors for use by internal teams and portfolio companies
  • Responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing vendors, as well as managing our database of partners
  • Gather feedback and insights on various vendor partners from our relationship managers to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with with cross functional stakeholders to gather information on current vendors for our operating companies
  • Help develop and report on key business metrics related to our external partner network
What you will need:
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations/strategy role at a high-growth company or venture capital firm
  • Exposure to managing critical internal and external relationships; negotiations with vendors or suppliers
  • Proven experience supporting cross-functional projects, developing and implementing company-wide processes and supporting change management

Additional Information:

Full-time base salary range of $106,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
