The Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for our Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). This role involves managing IP addressing, VLANs, switches, wireless controllers, and access points, as well as firewalls, VPN tunnels, MPLS, routers, and dynamic routing protocols like BGP and EIGRP. You will adhere to established guidelines for the installation, maintenance, and management of remote networks supporting our Corporate Offices and Retail locations globally. This includes ensuring Quality of Service (QoS) for VOIP phone systems and interfacing with telecom carriers and 3rd Party support partners to address service interruptions promptly. Additionally, this role requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support and maintenance, minimizing interruptions and downtime.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• Administer all Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks including controllers, APs, and software.
• Maintain Cisco ACS and set up and administer network security systems.
• Stay knowledgeable in current networking trends and innovative with people and processes.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues remotely and present solutions.
• Provide support and maintenance in a 24x7 operational environment to minimize interruptions and downtime.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous network support.
• Communicate effectively with peers and function calmly in high-pressure situations such as network outages/service interruptions.

Who You Are

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have Cisco CCNP certification or 5 years of relevant experience.

$105,000 - $115,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
