Job Description

•   Explore and understand Network engineering and architecture landscape across Bose Enterprise
•   Gain exposure to firewall VPN and network-security controls
•   Build analytical communication and presentation capabilities
•   Understand network operations and change management
•   Deliver tangible technical contributions aligned to infrastructure goals
•   Learn organizational ITSM process (ServiceNow / equivalent)
•   Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify improvement areas
•   Gain exposure to monitoring tools and alert configurations
•   Define and deliver a focused project (e.g. firewall cleanup monitoring dashboard config automation)
•   Present final project and experience summary to the Infra Engineering team

Education

Pursuing undergraduate degree in Computer Science IT Network Engineering or Cybersecurity

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP VLANs routing switching firewalls VPNs and network protocols
Familiarity with Cisco Palo Alto LogicMonitor SolarWinds Wireshark or similar tools
Must have previous internship experience
Strong written communication and documentation skills
