Job Description

We are looking for a Network Relationship Manager to lead engagement of community-based organizations (CBOs) in development of a social services referral network. This is a remote position, though there is a strong preference for candidates based in Michigan. You should apply if you have a deep knowledge of community engagement and social services, and enjoy building relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating sustainable models for healthcare and community partnerships and developing connected networks of services. A day in the life!   

 You will be responsible for the following: 

  • Gain understanding of Michigan's social service landscape, assets, and needs
  • Identify and engage community-based organizations to participate in our social service networks
  • Outreach, establish, and manage CBO partnerships
  • Create custom recommendations for, and operationalize social service networks on behalf of senior-level healthcare clients
  • Support contract development and execution with community partners
  • Leverage referral activity data to inform network development, as well as client and CBO engagement
  • Measure, track and communicate progress to Leadership team 
  • Travel up to 20%

Do you have what it takes? 

Required Experience

  • Proven experience (5 years preferred) in network development, contracts administration, or CBO management
  • Experience in building relationships with executive stakeholders of complex organizations, particularly in healthcare and/or community services
  • Experience in social work, working with community organizations, social determinants of health, or community collaboratives
  • Experience with social service and/or healthcare technology a plus
