Network & Svcs Operation Senior Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates must have the ability to effectively communicate in English with customers.  Additionally, the ability to read and create technical documents in English is a must.
The candidates are expected to have leadership and decision-making skills.  The candidate must be able to work and foster a team oriented workplace, and assist others as needed.  

The ability to think on his / her feet is an important requirement, as there is little or no time during the change for outside consultation.

Functional Responsibilities
- General knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Gather client requirement and translate it to a network design. 
- Prepare schematics to define and illustrate network design solutions using Visio 
- Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers' internetworking communications requirements.
- Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements
