to improve patient lives through early detection and prevention of diabetic foot ulcers, the leading cause

Role & Responsibilities:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the headquarter operations and procedures. Reporting to the
on-site VP of Manufacturing and Fulfillment, the Office Coordinator is a key stakeholder in the overall
culture of the HQ team and company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage and organize office operations including flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, and
other clerical services.• Coordinate company events, team activities, visitors, lunches, etc.• Create and maintain a comfortable, efficient, and effective office environment by maintaining office
supplies and necessities, interface with office service providers, shipping and receiving packages, etc.• Evaluate office production, update procedures, and/or devise new forms to improve efficiency
workflows.• Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.• Maintain confidentiality as it relates to correspondence privy to about patients and employees.• Maintain high level of financial protection of company resources.• Assist other departments with administrative and correspondence needs as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS• Present a positive and upbeat attitude and enjoy collaborating in a team environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Extreme organization and attention to detail• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and GSuite• Strong time management skills• Strong work ethic• Comfortability with collaborating with all levels of management• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion• Experience in meeting and event planning
