Seeking Omakase Sushi Chef with at least 3 years experience. Must have the following requirements: -Fish fabrication/butchering -Knife skills -Able to make nigiri/sashimi -Follow recipes -OMAKSE EXPERIENCE IS A BIG BONUS Candidate must be a team player, motivated and organized.
