Our Operations Analyst is responsible for understanding and improving workflows across the organization, along with providing analyses of possible solutions as the company takes on new projects and initiatives.
Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role will be fully remote.

In a Typical Day, You’d:
Work with various teams to understand their processes and workflow.
Document and make improvements to existing workflows across the organization.
Collaborate with Project and Product Management on company initiatives.
Provide cost-benefit analyses for various company projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide polished requirements for projects.
To Land This Gig, You’ll Need To:
Have a bachelor's degree.
Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Be passionate about improving workflows to maximize efficiencies.
Understand principles such as unit cost, break even, payback period, etc.
Be an excellent communicator.
Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Learn quickly, prioritize, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Have the flexibility to travel occasionally.
Be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
