Seamless.AI Operations Analyst

Seamless.AI is looking for an operations analyst to evaluate, document and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies across all Seamless business units. The operations analyst will be responsible for identifying and documenting As-Is operational procedures and processes, capturing operational gaps and implementing To-Be process and procedure changes to drive scalability and efficiencies.

As an operations analyst you should have an understanding of sales, marketing and customer success operational processes, analyze complex data sets, identify shortcomings or opportunities, and work with management to implement changes. An outstanding operations analyst should be able to advise staff on all levels and develop new processes and workflows to enhance operations

Responsibilities include:

• Gather and document As-Is processes and procedures by observing workflows, reading reports, conducting employee interviews, etc.
• Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data
• Document gaps, findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations
• Develop and document new processes and procedures (To-Be state) to enhance operations
• Work with managers and employees to implement changes
• Training employees to use new systems or follow new processes
• Determine the effectiveness of new processes through reporting and data analysis
• Establish and maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance to regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in business administration or a related field required
• 2+ years of experience as an operations analyst or in a similar position
• Experience in a fast-paced Saas environment preferred
• Experience using data analysis tools preferred
• Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM), JIRA preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
