Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Operations Consultant! You will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally. Your scope of work will range from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company. You’ll engage in multiple operational areas including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. This role tends to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although you’ll often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.

• Manage program data and conduct analysis while ensuring quality
• Track deliverables and oversee timelines
• Process payments, and support invoicing
• Address system functionality and drive process improvements
• Produce regular reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content and professional presentation
• Lead special projects
   

Exciting applicants will have…

• 3-6 years' experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience
• Familiarity with databases such as Salesforce
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Proactive and clear communication
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize tasks for variable projects with multiple deadlines

Compensation Range

$75,300.00 - $112,900.00
