Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator role is a key part of our team, as they support the Office of the President with a wide range of administrative tasks that keeps the Operations team moving forward!

• Work closely with the Office of the President and Operations team to provide a wide variety of general administrative support, including but not limited to: travel arrangements, administrative projects and reports, expense reports and calendar management
• Support the Operations team by researching and performing tasks related to the organization's needs
• Adapt and adjust to a rapidly changing environment where priorities are shifting daily
• Other administrative functions and duties as required

• 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors
• Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Confidence in interacting with people of all backgrounds and at all levels of the organization
• Excellent time management skills, punctual and dependable
• Must be a team player
• 1-2 years of Microsoft Word and Excel experience are a plus

The salary range for this role is $43,000 to $45,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
