Job Description

As an Operations Lead you will act as an operational leader in providing dealers and their advertising partners with the support and tools to help promote brand-enhancing advertising and effective fund utilization.

What you will do: 

  • Mentor your team to identify strengths and areas of opportunity, provide both positive and constructive feedback, and provide training opportunities to ensure that personnel are focused and motivated to reach the next level  

  • Track and act upon group and team KPI’s and team member performance. Write performance reviews and quarterly 1:1s. Manage PTO 

  • Manage a positive, proactive, operations and service-oriented environment  

  • Proactively communicate internally and externally to keep all key stakeholders updated on program progress and performance  

  • Support in compiling and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and/or internal leadership  

  • Apply lean daily management principles and partner with global counterparts, to achieve and maintain productivity and quality standards.  

  • Support the establishment of productive workflows and team optimization across both US and global teams to ensure efficiency and that goals and SLAs are met. Anticipate internal hurdles and course-correct to prevent inefficiency in workflow  

  • Fully understand and lead channel partner marketing operational services  

  • Fully understand program website(s) and tools for basic admin configuration 

  • Lead partnerships by serving as a liaison with internal teams or key program vendor partners  

  • Participate in team collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions 

  • Perform quality-control checks at the payment/funding level with accountability to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines 

  • Support payment runs and data loads 

  • Maintain SOPs, Clarification & Exception trackers, and other account-related training documents 

  • Able to flex up or down in job responsibilities when needed 

Background/ Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, journalism, or related field. Some outside training/continuing education within the field may be needed  

  • 2-years agency or related experience and 6 months of formal or informal leadership experience

  • Multimedia digital knowledge  

  • Understanding of industry trends and a passion for technological innovation 

  • Ability to lead, measure success against goals, and challenge team members in an honest, open, and constructive style  

  • Strong math, written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven problem-solving and multi-tasking ability  

  • Ability to organize work, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines  

  • Exceptional client and customer service background  

  • Comfortable solving conflict internally and externally  

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint  

  • A natural curiosity and an eager desire to learn
