Operations Manager for a Startup

Termius is a modern SSH client built for collaboration and productivity.

Today, our customers include over 30,000 companies, and millions of engineers use Termius to connect to their remote servers. 

We are a SaaS company in growth mode. In 2019, Termius graduated from Y Combinator and closed a seed round with the renowned Silicon Valley investors on board.

A few years later, we achieved profitability, and now we are growing the business with a team of 35 highly skilled and motivated individuals. We are looking for someone who can oversee the company’s operating activities.

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and support the team.

A background in accounting and experience in a startup environment is a big plus. 

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Required Experience:

3+ years' experience as an office administrator, office manager, or executive assistant.

Experience in tech or startup environment.

Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices.

Familiarity with Xero, HRIS Software (preferably BambooHR, Smartly, and Lattice), and Google Workspace (G Suite)

Aptitude for learning new software.
