Operations Specialist (Thai Speaker)
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement. • Ensuring the accuracy of the verification attempts (templates emails faxes verbal representations) done. • Ensuring that timely follow-ups are finished as scheduled. • Raising insufficiencies from the entities as soon as they are identified. • Ensuring that all documentation relative to the verification activity is uploaded to the System. • Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement. Job Qualifications • At least 1 year working experience in a corporate environment • With exemplary communication skills • Effective relationship management skills • Able to take initiative • Good interpersonal skills • Effective organizational skills • High attention to detail and level of accuracy • Good time management and stress management skills • Team player • Disciplined and is able to work Independently • Must be proficient in using the English and Thai languages • Must be residing in the Philippines • Remote work arrangement and day shift schedule
