Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

cBEYONData is seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to support a new EBS implementation for our Federal client.

Responsibilities:

• Design, unit testing, and deployment of RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) objects in Oracle EBS R12.2.x
• Support Program Management Office functions
• Analyze business/functional capabilities
• Create and update functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality
• Document process flows
• Maintain and update Oracle EBS application configurations
• Develop use cases, test scenarios and test scripts
• Conduct unit, integration and user acceptance testing
• Develop and update end-user training materials for new or enhanced functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolv user issues/tickets

Requirements:

• Must have an active secret clearance or higher
• Working knowledge of the complete O2C or P2P or B2R cycle is required
• Must be able to configure the Oracle solution to meet client requirements, develop functional specification documents, perform testing and provide end-user support
• Experience with Oracle R12 Financials
• Oracle - EBS expert
• Functional specification development
• Oracle experience with at least 1 of the following:
  • Order to Cash (O2C) capabilities (Contracting, Budgeting, Costing, Receivables modules)
  • Procure to Pay (P2P) capabilities (Accounts Payable, Purchasing modules)
  • Budget to Report (B2R) capabilities (Federal Administrator, General Ledger, Financials modules)
• Must be able to go onsite 4-5x per week in the National Capital Region (NCR)
