The Oracle Business Analyst is going to be working with a global scope, supporting business applications, specifically quoting and pricing. Is responsible for gathering requirements from business within Arrow and working with different departments or teams to deliver these application solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for overall functional solution and integration design with other applications.
- Supports business applications.
- Participates in enhancements, understanding business needs and collaborating with different teams to deliver business solutions.
- Performs testing and conducts integrations and migrations of Oracle applications.
- Provide thought leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic project implementations.
- Represent R&D for strategic/transformational initiatives.
- Acting as an expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation, and simplicity in design.
- Investigating tasks and providing estimates on hours, schedules, and deadlines.
- Take part in defining and adopting best practices in design and implementation.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget by holding contributors accountable for delivering on project milestones and deliverables.
- Reviews, identifies areas for improvement, and makes recommendations to leadership.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years of Experience with Oracle Applications (enhancements, Integrations, Support).
- Experience with Oracle Pricing OR Quoting.
- Experience with Software Development tools: Java OR, Angular, OR Azure OR BI Publisher.
- Advanced English Skills, oral and written.

Work Arrangement:
• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$63,250.00 - $81,666.67 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
